At RealStar Labels, we take immense pride in processing and shipping orders for our valued Superstars.

Processing Time:
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days.

Shipping Time:
Orders sent via UPS GROUND usually take 5-7 days to arrive, depending on your local postal service.

Customer Appreciation:
We truly appreciate you as a customer and can't wait to see you in our latest pieces.

Shipping Delays:
Please be aware that RealStar Labels is not liable for any shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers, especially during peak seasons such as Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

Pre-Orders:
Items purchased with estimated shipping dates or on pre-order will have varying shipping times as outlined in the item description and our Pre-Order Policy.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping:
We do not process shipments on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Our office, warehouse, and couriers are closed on the following public holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Orders placed on these dates or after the cut-off time on the preceding day will be processed on the next business day.

High Volume Seasons:
During busy periods, please allow a few extra days for delivery. We will do our best to ensure your RealStar Labels order arrives as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.


International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all fees associated with international shipping.


Pre-Order Policy

Items purchased on pre-order are expected to be delivered within 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date provided in the item description at the time of purchase..

Estimated Shipment Dates:
The estimated shipment dates provided in item descriptions are approximate and may change.


Tracking Your Order

Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping for domestic items takes between 7-10 business days from the order date. This includes 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

In-Stock Items:
In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, depending on order volume. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking number to track your order. If the tracking number does not work, visit www.usps.com and manually input the number.


Missing Order

If your order is missing, please follow these steps:

  1. File a claim with USPS.
  2. File a police report.
  3. Allow 1-2 days for USPS to provide updates.

Responsibility:
RealStar Labels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers assume all responsibility once a confirmation number is issued. Please double-check that all shipping information is correct. Shipping addresses cannot be updated once a tracking number has been assigned.

Return to Sender:
If an order is returned to sender, we will contact you to reconfirm the address and resend it. A $9 fee applies for reshipping. Orders returned as "unclaimed," "unable to forward," or "return to sender" may incur a $15 re-shipping fee. You will receive an invoice for re-shipping, and once paid, we will resend the item.
