How to Return

Thank you for shopping with RealStar Labels. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the option to make a return. Please note that RealStar Labels only offers store credit at this time. Here are all the conditions and options available for returning your items.


Conditions to Complete a Return

Returns must be handled within 7 days of delivery:

  • The item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, including the "Do not remove this tag" tag. Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of any stains, odors, or debris.
  • Returns must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.
  • Items purchased from RealStar Labels are eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery receipt.
  • Return items must be post-marked no later than 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for credit.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order was filed in error or marked defective.

Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer after a reshipment fee is completed. Once this fee is paid, the denied return item will be shipped back to the customer.


Additional Information

  • A small assortment of heavily discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not returnable for store credit.
  • Use the Store Credit Form that was shipped with your order for returns.

  • Be sure to include your order number and/or the store credit form with your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Returns Received

  • You will be notified via email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse.
  • Returns may take 3-10 business days to process upon delivery to our facility. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Items sent for return that are not eligible for store credit will be shipped back to the customer once a reshipment fee is completed.

Damaged Items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
